Bengals @ Chiefs predictions

I hope so. I can't even make a serious prediction about this team at this point. We got killed by a great Ravens team, but we laid the smack-down on the Super Bowl champs. We also lost to the Browns... and the Dolphins. I don't know what to expect anymore, I thought I understood this game.

Exactly. How many Giants fans thought the G-Men would breeze in and out of PBS with a big fat win? Hell, a lot of us thought that would happen. Now here we are saying the same things about the Chiefs that Giants fans were saying about us a week ago.

The Chiefs get paid to play. And, after the (likely) shellacking they'll take at Heinz tonight, I'm guessing they're going to be salty coming back home to face us.

I still like us, but it won't be easy, and it will be close:

I know people are excited after the Giants game, but I really think the Giants looked uninspired yesterday. Not to take away from what we did. We had a great team effort, I just don't think this team will see many more blowouts. Not even against the Chiefs. I am predicting a win though:

Bengals- 24

Chiefs- 13

Not to get too far ahead, but I'm going to predict a win against the Raiders as well. This team will be 6-5 after 11 games, but I still think the playoffs are a longshot with our division and conference records. We'll probably need 10 wins to get in.

I'm very wary of the letdown game as well, and we've already fell fell victim to the trap game when we lost in Cleveland before the Sunday Night with Pittsburgh and the last time we went to Kansas City, the Chiefs would win that game and then lose their next 9 games in a row back in 2007 so I would be more than happy with an ugly win if we can get it, after all the Ravens were more than happy with theirs when they won 9-6 there last month

It all depends who calls the plays: If marvin calls the shots; Bengals 9 Chiefs 28 But if coordinators Zimmer and Gruden call the shots; Bengals 31 Chiefs 10

Such BS. I almost miss the replacements. At least it never seemed like they favored certain teams.

edit: ANOTHER bs call on the pass interference. Arenas barely touched the guy. Even Jon Gruden said he didn't agree with the flag.
