Default Will "The Lawfirm" be a Bengal in 2013?

I've said it once and I will say it again. Unless you find an Adrian Peterson or even a Trent Richardson you just don't pull the trigger early on running backs ina draft. I also say that you dont overspend on running backs in free agency. Benjarvis signed a 3 year deal for 9 million with 4 mill guaranteed.
Through 9 Games- 537 yards, 3.4 average and 3 TD's

He seems like a really good guy and a good team guy. But is he worth 3 million?? From what I have seen he is tentative to the hole, he is a tunneled vision ball carrier (there are lanes open on the cutback but he misses them), he doesn't provide much in terms of pass catching and he has had some fumble issues.
Now its not all the Lawfirms fault as much of the blame has to go to our Oline and their inability to create space. But to be fair I don't think we lose much when Leonard or Peerman are in the game.
2013 Has a huge question for who totes the rock for this team. For my money, I give BJGE walking papers and also B Scott. Its time for an overhaul as it can't get much worse.
Dalton and this offense needs some semblance of a running game to take the next step. Could you imagine AJ Green if teams actually feared a running game. Or could imagine Gresham? They have to find this balance.

He will be here. Whether he will be the feature or a complimentary back is the real question.

He makes $3 million per year.

What do you envision for his pay in 2013?

This...
He's a good 2nd tier,3rd down type of back with good hands out of the backfield.
Actually one of the the things that has bothered me so far this season is Gruden and Daltons lack of taking advantage of BJGE out of the backfield a little more often.
Team needs to draft a stud young back and maybe look toward some teams like Washington,Denver,or NO for other possible RB options.

Like, $2,999,999.99 per year.

Anything more specific?

Michael Bush makes around $4 million per year.

He'll be here. And he'll keep the salary he has. And he'll probably keep his role as a featured back, unfortunately.

If he is here or not doesnt matter to me, but the Bengals better draft a first round RB.

Really not one worthy of a 1st round grade and we seem to have better luck with 2nd rounders anyway. Examples:

1st Round- Archie Griffin, KiJana Carter, Chris Perry
2nd Round- Pete Johnson, Corey Dillon, Rudi Johnson

Well can't argue with facts.

I will just be happy if we draft someone who will start for awhile.

Just be happy if we get someone who can hit a hole with a flash of authority. Hell, someone who can turn a hole into a 5 yard gain instead of a 3 yard gain would do wonders for this offense at this point.

All 3 of those Pitts backs are free agents next year. One may help us out.

He'll absolutely be here next year, and he'll start. Our coaches are too stubborn to admit he's not starting material, and he'll probably end up starting most of next season. Bank on it.

BJGE is to the running back position, what Geathers is to the defensive end position. Both very, very average.

I think we'll take a back in the 2nd or 3rd Round.

I looked a while back and free agency was pretty thin on backs.

Trade is the X-factor, but I doubt we trade for a back either.

I see him filling Leonard's role next season, unless he continues running soft. Basically they both have the same skill set, so it makes sense if they see him as the better back.

That said, they need to look into a better option as the starter.

It's impossible to say we better draft a 1st Round RB...because we don't know where we will pick or what RB's will be available.

Of course he will, dude is a beast in short yardage and goal line. Having said that, he will not longer be our feature back and will only see about 10 carries a game. At least this is how it better go down!!!!

I´m not so sure......He´s not proven yet his full talent. Zero 100 yds game until now, and Benson was a more physical "AFC North style" RB to me.

Who Dey!!!!!

If he's here, he better not be the #1 option at RB. If he is, don't expect more than what you got this season.

Do you think 1300 yrds and 10 TDs should be expected?

I heard numbers like this for BJGE before this season started.

Some people never watched him play in New England
