Gio Bernard in Prime Time

This kid is on a lot of folks wishlist and we get a chance to see him tonight in prime time (ESPN 7:30 EST). Gotta admit I haven't watched much of the kid, but I already got the DVR set for tonight's game.

Other Prospects to keep an eye on:
Kevin Reddick (UNC)- Dude is turning into Burfict v2. Highly talented ILB whose stock is falling due to concerns about hustle and lack of discipline on the field.

Sylvester Williams (UNC)- Big bodied DT that could be worth a look in case we decide not to re-sign Sims (They don't seem sold on Thompson).

Jonathan Cooper (UNC). Just incase Boiling doesn't turn out to be the next Max Montoya or we could move either Boling or this guy to OC.

Oday Aboushi (UVA)- incase we make the mistake of not re-signing big Andre or this is about the point in Levi's career that we drafted Whit in the 2nd.

Anybody else we should be keeping an eye on?

Oday is a big one to watch. Very talented.
But I am most excited to see more Bernard. Kid has it all.

Only thing about Bernard is he seems to run more upright than some other backs. But he's still best in class this year.

Idk bfine, the way the 'Heels have been giving up the point this season, I'm not sure I'd want anyone from that defense.

Reddick is a decent 4th or 5th round LB.
Not a fan of Sylvester.

IDK I'm only seeing 6 or 7 in the box, but I like the dynamic of lining him up out wide and also being a return guy. LIke I said haven't seen much of th kid, maybe just a bad game so far.

They also havent been giving him the ball thus far.

There was talk that he tweaked an ankle in warm ups. Was really hoping to see "wow" tonight.

They may not be stacking the box but it is clear they are selling out to stop Bernard when he is the game.

Nope; however, every UNC player that has rushed the ball is averaging around 4 YPC (pretty good) and the QB has thrown for over 300 yards, 3 TDs, and 0 sacks.

I just wouldn't call that getting "whipped".

Thought Sylvester Williams was the best player on the field last night. At 320 pounds, he has some nice quickness for a DT. He had a good game, especially considering his ankle was taped.
