That's a dirty little secret they don't want you to know.

That's also why Miller-Coors purposely use the word American in their commercials.

Btw, Rey does seem to be doing a better job of 'breaking down" on the ball carrier lately.

Yea, he's playing better. He's got 6 games left here. It's like HE said, "nut cutting time". He's got to show the Bengals, or somebody else he can play. Contract time. Season's almost 2/3rds 5/8ths over, he has had a wake up call. Damm shame it didn't happen 1st game. I still hope he's gone. IF the Bengals do resign him. 2013 his demons will come back, and he's a basket case till he's in his contract year again. Mark it down.

The weight loss helped. Also, the farther away you get from an injury, the less you worry about getting injured again. That's helped too.

He has improved over the past couple weeks. Actually played well v. the Giants. That being said I still have no trust or faith in Rey as the MLB. For 2013 (or sooner), I'd like to see a far more instinctive player at MLB. I think Zimmer had it right all along, Rey is better suited for SAM.

100 percent agree. Rey is more suited for special team and backup SAM.

Put Burfict at MIKE and draft Ogletree to play SAM (or vice-versa).

Earlier than when? To drop 20 pounds, he must have started trying to drop the weight aroun the beginning of the season. You don't just wake up one day 20 pounds lighter.

Losing weight should also help with his stamina, keep him from getting too sloppy with his tackling on long drives. A little extra stamina can only help a dude's performance.

That is where you're wrong. Yeungling was founded in 1823, and was destroyed by a fire. Was reopened in 1829, and been in operation in Pottsville PA ever since.

Anheuser Busch was founded in 1852, in St. Louis.

He has always struggled with getting "hooked" by linemen. Any time that a #300+ lineman gets his hands locked on a LB, its all over with. Perhaps some serious time with the coach, in the film room, was able to point out to Rey just how easily he could be sidestepping some of those blocks? Also, being lighter helps immensely with being able to avoid being juked on the outside.

Please show me a video of Rey breaking down.... This just doesn't happen he has never been a good tackler and still isn't I just hope he is not in the middle next year. 1-2 good games and we should stuck with it what about the other 5 sloppy games him getting ran over 20 pounds heavier really.

Yes. And that he seems to be figuring it out on his own and just now the coaching staff is on board with it. I am convinced that strength and conditioning is at the core of fielding an excellent NFL team. I am not sure Bengals management feels the same way.
