Hes playing at a borderline all pro level. Where is this coming from? First 2 games he was awful hes really stepped up since then.

I give him credit...but the defensive line is playing much better as are Hall and Jones. It's all interrelated.

Aside from boneheaded plays and his inability to fully wrap up his guy he was doing ok.


He has started to play very well though since the bye week.


Everything became better defensively once Burfict became a starter and Crocker was brought back.

Veterans hit their stride once the season is going. They really show up in important games. At least, that's one theory.

This is pretty simple . His name is Dre K. He dont wanna lose his job to a rookie . The first day Dre was activated he decided to start playing . The old saying compitition breeds success . Lets just hope it keeps working .

He makes the occasional bone headed play. There is definitly some hot and cold with how good he is. Right now he's hot for sure.

I agree and I've said all year that Newman has not deserved the hate that has been directed to him, but I know exactly where it has come from. Folks are still mad that we didn't retain J.Jo and putting down Newman makes them feel warrented in their anger.

He got a Hakeem Nicks last week that can barely walk.

I agree he has played well of late and deserves credit but lets not get carried away here.

Lets see him shut down some quality, healthy WRs before we start sending him to the Pro Bowl.

He's so fun to watch.

Kirk was out there when Newman was injured.

He was kind of beat up a little bit, but he seemed to hold his own for a few plays. Hopefully he expands on that and plays better when his number is called in the coming weeks.

He can only play who's across from him. Dwayne Bowe is a pro bowl receiver and I don't he had a catch on Newman today.

Newman gives up key completions that have kept plenty of drives alive for our opponents. That,or he takes bad penalties. He's the guy they go after when they need a key 1st down conversion. That said,he's been very good the last two weeks,and hopefully he can continue that the rest of the year.

Ive also noticed crocker especiallly is constantly out of position its not costing us because Newman is taking care of his man. Mays has played well though but hes helping hall generally. Nelson coming back with mays d should only get better.
