Default Colin Kaepernick

This guy deserves a solid look in the second round

http://network.yardbarker.com/colleg...uffalo/4271693

"This past weekend Kaepernick measured in at 6’5 and 233 pounds. He ran a 4.53 40-yard dash and registered at 59 miles per hour on a radar gun with his throws. Kaepernick’s mph reading was the best at the combine – Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett was second (58 mph) and Auburn’s Cam Newton was third (56) – which means he displayed the strongest arm. He also displayed good accuracy and an all-around ability at the position."

Can you say prototypical WCO QB, perfect arm and size period.

Another great article:

I'd take Baldwin in the second, Newton in the first. Find a safety or guard in the 3rd.

Thank god your not GM. No thanks on Newton, he is waaay too boom or bust. He is has very similar problems to Dan Lefevour, as in working through his read progressions. Cam is the kinda guy I could see having initial success, but then DBs and linebackers will realize he staring down receivers.

Think the biggest strike on Ck is his delivery. Many say it is slow; definately not what you want in a WCO. But if Gruden/Zamp look at him and think they can work with it then, yes I'd much perfer him over Ponder, Locker, and Mallett.

Given the fact that it is highly unlikely that an appellate court will uphold a gay marriage ban, you may never hear from SCOTUS on this one.

If Carson really does go I think we will end up attempting to make a trade for Kolb or pick up Vince Young. Either way I don't see us looking at a QB until the third round. If Kapernick is there then take him if not I've heard the team is pretty big on Stanzi

He's my choice at QB. I'd take him in the second in a heartbeat.

Was looking for an old post I said about Kaepernick to show my roommate that I liked Kaepernick going into the draft, and found this gem. Didn't know I had a little nostradamus in me lol.

That said, Kaepernick looked good, glad we have Dalton though.

Colin was on point last night, it also helps when you have a defense that played like that. Makes your job as a QB less stressful.

If one good game made you a good player than Matt Flynn would be MVP.

I liked Kaepernick too, but it's way to early to judge him.
