I'm betting the 12th man at the Jungle will inspire them to player even better than they did the past two games.

I read McFadden is out, and how Raiders are awful on D against the run or pass. Raiders can pass the ball, but thats all they have, so therefore the interceptions.......
What Bengals need is another 100 yard game out of Green Ellis like last week at KC, and a good game of Dalton using all his WRS, TEs and RBs to throw to.....Green extending his TD catch streak, but also Sanu and Gresham catching TD passes. .....TD passes to Greeen, Sanu, Gresham, a TD run by Green Ellis, some field goals by Nugent....a multiple offense against a weak defense. Also our D allowing no rushing yards....Keep Raiders under 50 yards rushing as a team the whole game. .....Carson may pass for 300 to 400 yards out of desperation, but lets get some interceptions and sacks on all the pass plays Raiders will be forced to do.....but lets keep Carson to 100 to 200 yards passing by our offense having the ball most of the game. Lets own the time of possesion. Not by being conservative but by our offense much better than their D. .....and without McFadden , I think our defense can get after their offense, although they do have Carson and a couple good recievers. My Prediction. Bengals beat Raiders so bad that ex Raider QB Gradkowski gets some snaps to finish the game, and he looks as good or better than ex Bengal Carson. ....Bengals win this one by scoring around 50 points and some starters even get to take the day off early in 4th quarter.

I sense that Coach Lewis is aware of some (Well hidden) anger inside of the locker room that is not being displayed by some of the half of the Bengal team that was here when Carson quit and made his trade demand. I kinda wonder if that comment about "We want to be the assassin, not the mass murderer," was less about Greshem's fire last game, and more about a simmering blaze with regards to this game.
I soooo badly want to be at THIS Game. You cannot tell me that Marvin Lewis, Mike Brown, Hue Jackson, Mike Zimmer, Peko/Geathers, Whit and a few others don't have some extra feelings about this game. Raiders are loaded with talent, but motivation just ain't gonna be close. I agree that ex Raider QB Gradkowski gets some snaps to finish the game! ![]() ![]() ![]()

My Predictions: OAK: 24-17 W SD: 21-24 L DAL: 27-21 W PHI: 35-10 W PIT: 17-24 L BAL: 27-20W For the last six games I predict 4-2. Anything less than 4-2, and we have 0 chance of getting the last wildcard spot. If by some miracle we go 6-0, we will definitely get a spot in the playoffs, most likely the WC. 4-2 AND a lot of help from other teams will get us into the wildcard for sure.

We win the turnover battle, we win the game. Oakland has some talent.

Bengals should win as they have been playing much better than Raiders have last two weeks.
Bengals win in a route 31 - 10 edit: Oh Carson can easily put up 300 yards on us, however, that doesnt mean much since I bet a lot of that would come in garbage time.

Re: Bengals vs Carson's raiders prediction Thread
I do not remember a Bengals vs Eli's Giants thread. Shouldn't it be Bengals vs Raiders prediction thread? Just sayin.

Yes Nuge is trying to see if he can get a negative drop on PFF ratings.
I don't think it will happen. He probably will have to kick the extra point and field goal for Oakland if he has a shot. ![]()

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Raiders trade Palmer and McFadden for whatever mid to late round picks they can get and go after Andy Reid in the off season. Bengals should destroy this team, I'll be extremely upset but not really surprised if they don't however. Bengals 38 Raiders 24 |

I'm worried about this one. I hope we prepare well and get another win, big or small. You know Palmer will be out to prove something. Even with some injured players the Raiders do have some weapons.
No prediction. I look forward to an exciting game.
