Yea but even with his injuries....Shipley has football sense and skills, unlike some players like Tate.

Doesnt matter if he cant run and cut... He was never very fast and he was having a hard time cutting during the preseason.

Bengals have been dealing with injuries too long. and a double tear ACL / MCL is a hard thing for a WR to recover from.
