Default West Coast experience
We're winding down our West coast adventure this Thanksgiving weekend. Home calls us tomorrow morning, but tonight, I'm living with the pure exhilaration that comes from watching my Irish have their first perfect season since 1988 and watching it happen in USC's house. I'm advocating for a Notre Dame fighting leprechaun as a Smilie on this forum. I will gladly use it.

3. Sign a veteran WR [ ]
4. Draft a speed back high [ x ]
5. Draft a SS high [ x ]
6. Drop Lawson, draft a replacement [ x ]
7. Draft a center and let him battle with Cook & Robinson [ ]
8. Let Clements go [ x ]
9. Bring back Andre Smith [ x ]
10. Bring back MJ (as long as he doesn't demand elite money) [ x ]

These things need to happen to take the next step

With the crooked BCS, I'm glad they can't fix it again this year to have two SEC teams in the championship. I know they really wanted that to happen, but never fret, they'll make it happen next year I'm sure.

I don't mind ND getting recognition when they are actually good. The only time I hate on them is when they get special treatment that they don't deserve.

It's historical remembrance. I don't know if that's an actual phrase or not, but I'm using it. When a team has the history of success and esteem that Notre Dame has, they tend to be treated a certain way, television deals, etc. The history of the football team is why it will always be well revered, even if that current team is underperforming.
