Worried that I might have testicular cancer...

I am going in for a checkup tomorrow for a lump on the bottom of my left testicle. I am very worried and anxious as of right now. I know there is a 50/50 chance that it is either benign or cancerous...I didn't know what to do so i posted it up here...I frequently spend my time on here and just thought maybe some of you had some experience with testicular cancer. I made some accounts on other forums dedicated to TC but I just wanted to connect to some of my Bengal brothers...wish me luck

Good luck to you, sir. A few yrs back I discovered a lump on lefty and immediately called the dr, they sent me to get an ultra sound on it and it came back as an epididymal cyst. I heard that and immediately thought cancer. However, that's a huge misconception and not a health risk, I was relieved after all that worrying. Hopefully, you'll be dealt a similar hand.

Yeah man, hopefully all your tests come back good and that there is no big problem. I'll have my fingers crossed for you that it isn't cancerous. If it happens to be, then get it taken care of ASAP, and get on your way to recovery. Hoping for the best with you, man.

I recently just had mine looked at because one kind of hurts sometimes, which the doctor just bull*****ted me and sent me to an unrelated doctor (that's how they make their money), but all's good right now, so I hope the same goes for you.

To the quote above: I had the same problem a few years ago. It felt like someone was flicking my jewels every so often.

That's when I got my first "finger test"

Also had to have the boys get ultrasound fro a nice young lady.

Turns out it was just some kind of infection...they think. Nothing else showed and antibiotics cleared it all up in a couple weeks.

Had the exact same thing about a year ago except on my righty. The lumps are still there because they said if there's no pain, there's no reason to take it off.

Oh and obviously good luck to the OP. Hope everything is fine.

Sounds to me like there are many things it could be other than malignant cancer. But I know the feeling, you can't help but worry.

I was having bowel issues about 4-5 years ago, and my doctor ordered a colonoscopy. (Fun!) Which revealed a baseball sized tumor in the colon. This was on a Friday morning. I had to wait until Monday afternoon for the biopsy results. By Sunday afternoon, I was writing a will.

So I know it's hard, but try not to worry until you know it's time. And I'm not too familiar with cancer, but I don't think treatment is too hard?

I'm not religious, but my family is, I'll have my mother put you on a prayer chain. There will be people praying for you all over the country by the end of the day.

Whats with the lord picking on the lefty...I have a lypoma on the left side of my sack.....my wife says it gives me super powers.....I think it looks like a third ball. Heres Hoping you get the good news!!
