Now that Rey has been made captain, I doubt we do much to change that. Lewis would look terrible if he gives Rey the C, and then signs McClain at the first chance he gets.

I'm kinda torn on this one.
I wouldn't mind him, but not for the money he's currently getting paid.

We're probably going to start seeing alot more of these types of cuts in the next few weeks as teams unload salaries from the Pre-CBA Rookie Salary cap age.

I have no problem bringing him in assuming he stops randomly discharging a fire arm in public. I remember him dominating at Alabama and being everywhere. If I remember correctly he called all the plays for that defense. He obviously has all the physical tools to succeed so his lapses must be mental. That's coachable. I would actually be more interested in him. as a SAM than a MLB right now.

Not the type of guy that a young team needs. The shortcut method to talent acquisition didn't work for years.

V-Rey has always played WILL from what i have seen and Lamur has been taking those

Lamur has been very good... We are starting to find these very good undrafted guys... (something teams like pittsburgh have excelled at for a long time)

Not sure what story is worse today, McClain's or Titus Young's. Want no part of McClain. McClain pistol whipped and then discharged the firearm next to a guys head. He's a ricochet away from spending 20 years in the joint but some of you would welcome him on the team?
