Worth a shot given how lacking Lawson's play has been. Work him out.

He got cut from a very bad team late in the season. No interest what so ever in this guy especially with his off the field issues.

Jason Babin was the End of the Dream team Expect a lot of their Over Paid players to get shown the door in their landslide loss of a season.

Jason Babin was cut as they clear room to play younger players to see what they have. They are getting ready to clean house after the season. Doesn't matter he didn't get cut so not an issue.

Greg Cosell called him the worst 4-3 MLB in the NFL.

I would be more interested in seeing what he can do at Sam at this point. Lawson is not getting it done and no need to move Rey again at this point in the season.

As a MLB I wouldn't want him, and his character issues are quite concerning.

With that said, if he'd be an improvement over Lawson I don't see why not...at worst he ***** and we cut him.

Dude is a total head case who has been demoted to a part time player due to effort and commitment issues. I wouldn't bother with him, probably a waste of time and even if he rededicated himself temporarily you would still have to worry about how he handles success cuz thus far, he's shown a complete inability to do so. Sounds like he's probably more interested in partying than playing ball now that he has a little money. Screw that noise, I wouldn't touch him.

Because if we had/decide to pick him up it could affect how we draft.

Well tell me first why we would pick him up. I mean other than he was cut. There generally are bad reasons that a guy is released during the season.

Suspended 2 games by Raiders for conduct detrimental to the team.

No, I don't want a player that conducts himself in a way that results in a in-house suspension.

Nor, do I want a player that discharges a firearm next to someone's held after threatening them. I don't care that the charges were dismissed. It seems to me that this kid is a bad seed!

But you're ok with Pacman and his "non" involvement in his boys shooting and paralyzing some guy at a strip club...
