Take drugs like you're supposed to!

Went to the doctor today and Vicodin 10/660 is being discontinued because people are over dosing on Tylenol. Now I am taking Vicodin 10/500 and will most likely have to pop Ibuprohin to get rid of the headache the will cause.

Freaking people wanting to get high and causing long term damage to their liver or death ruin it for those who actually need the stuff to function. Or it's people who are just downright stupid and popping a 10/660 then dropping Tylenol PM's to help them sleep. "I didn't know Tylenol was bad for you", did you listen to you doctor? It's not bad for you, TOO MUCH IS BAD FOR YOU YOU RICHARD CRANEUM!!!

On a serious note, it's all good. The 10/500 has the same amount of the Opiate just less Tylenol.

7.5 is the milligrams of the opiate and the 750 is the milligrams of Tylenol. From now on, you will most likely get the 7.5/500. My 10/500 is a pink pill and there's also one that I tried that was almost straight opiate called Norco or something like that. Those things made me sick and the headache was freaking unreal.

Juicing is frowned upon due to idiots using steroids in ignorance. Many fall and injury incidents in the elderly could be prevented via steroid supplementation and thereby adding functional muscle mass.

My 7.5/750 script for 100 was just renewed for 5 refills. Yay! Though I won't mind the reduction in acetaminophen all that much.

I take it yours are take 3 times per day as needed for pain?

The amount of Tylenol in the 10/660 is the equivalent to 3 extra strength Tylenol I think. I don't keep Tylenol in the house because I take the Vicodin, lol.

It's quite sad. Over-medicated and doped up all so a couple big drug companies can make a whole lot of cash. I wonder how people managed to cope with their problems 20 years ago? Legal (and sometimes more harmful) drug dealing is what it is.

Be careful with the Vicodin. Don't go crushing them up and snorting them. You'll eventually get hooked, then go onto Percocet, then you'll be doing Richard Simmons type stuff and I ain't talking about sweatin' to the oldies!! And then it's onto heroin!!!

I've had so many friends get hooked on those opiates. If you take them like you're supposed to, you will be fine. No worries.

The pill heads in this town crack me up. I saw a dude in a green room of a club I was playing snort Xanax because he said he couldn't find any Percocet. Uhhhhh...Xanax is not an opiate. And it is not water soluble like the opiate pills, which means you don't really get any of it from snorting it. Stupid arses. I laughed though. I worked for Medco (pharmacy) for 3 or 4 years.

Anywho, just be careful man.

Only time I took something heavier than ibuprofen in the last decade from a doctor was in the hospital when I had kidney stones. Other than that, I refuse with all of the fake prescriptions and bad batches that come out of these factories mass producing pills like candy.

Anything in too much excess is bad for you including water.

ive meet 400 lb people that would pop 4 yellow jackets with coffee while working a cash register all day. (is gonna die of heart attack)

But i took them for 1 a workout session and i never had a problem

Prescription drugs are still the biggest problem in my area, but it is slowly gravitating toward heroin because of the opiates. Paying $30 for one Percocet (or more for Oxycontin) eventually catches up with them. $10 balloon of heroin that will get them higher, starts making sense.

This is because doctors are making it extremely easy to get prescriptions. those prescriptions get filled and sold and refilled and sold repeated inifinitely.

I used to live in Scioto County, (OH) and there was recently a documentary based on that area called "Hillbilly Heroin". When I broke my leg, I was on a lot of meds for 2 years while they "rebuilt" my leg. And I can tell you one thing, I can easily see why Oxycontin is abused so badly. So I worried about addiction, and he moved me down to Lortab 10.

And mccracky, I take 1 mg Xanax 3 times a day for anxiety/panic, and the thought of someone snorting a benzo cracks me up!

I've been on them for so long (7 years+) that I don't even feel anything. I have an emergency backup in case my doctor goes on vacation and I need a refill. And occasionally I'll take 2 or 3 mg at once. And then I only feel a little of it. Plus they don't work half the time, I still have panic attacks.

Ben-zoo doesn't know it, but he will now, I had 2 panic attacks at the Raiders game, and went to the restroom to take a couple and get it together. Plus I took 1 in the Porta Potty. Panic attacks are embarrassing to have in front of people.
