yep nothing like getting licked in the face after a poo snack...

I have an auto scooping cat box so the dog doest have much time to retrieve said snacks lol... But where i live i dont have anywhere to hide the box that the dog couldnt get to unless i locked the cat in aroom all day.

Just do what I do.

When I get cats that decide that under my porch or shed is an ideal place to make a home I found that they love the sweet taste of anti-freeze.

I have 2 cats, and would never consider a dog. I prefer the symbiotic relationship living with cats, and have no need for a pet that views me as a master. I hope integrating your cat goes smoothly.

I was reminded of a conversation I had, with a buddy, on the dog v cat argument. My friend said that he didnt like cats for a number of reasons, but that one of the most important factors, was that he liked having a much larger pet, that you can play and rough house with. He has a large rottweiler, and claims that a good pet should weigh 100 to 130 pounds. I asked him if he knew what a 130 pound cat was called. He said "no", and I said its called a small jaguar. That shut him up. (for about 30 seconds)

Looking back, I realize that the point was not cogent as it seemed at the time (we were drunk, and a little stoned). Not really sure what to say after all that, but for some reason I typed it.

She has already started making herself at home. She's already over the dogs (though the dogs are still REALLY excited about her). She seems to really like our son, and he is super excited about her. He grabs her, steps on her, falls on her, etc and she doesn't care one bit....still purrs and cuddles up to him. She's going to be a fine addition to our home!
