However, to bash on Phil Simms is dumb imo, he is one of the best commentators.

Imo Collinsworth > Simms > Everybody else.

Mehhhhh, Simms definately says his share of garbage, I just respect his admission that offensive players have it too easy. Most ex (and current) offensive players will never admit to such a thing.
Collinsworth is definately far and away better than anything else. This is comming from a guy who loved Madden, just because he was so dumb it was easier to understand when you were 20 beers in. That or hilariously dumb/and/or an awesome Frank Caliendo skit.

To be fair that is one is almost true since the refs are usually to old and at to keep up with the play and are usually out of position.

How many times do they throw a flag based what they thought was going to happen rather than what they really saw.

I maintain they are no better than NBA refs and get paid to keep games close and seasons interesting.
