This loss hurts even more considering we could have taken the 2nd wildcard spot today. Now we have a short week, and still have some division games to come. I think today was the icing on the cake, and we will now miss out.

Pathetic second half by this team.

Very typical. Also it was great having no time outs at all

It as horrible. Hard to understand why you stop what is working, and never go back to it. Seen this so many times, and it is always how we lose games like today.

Also, wasn't it great rotating centers when there was no problem with the starter at all?

Did the coaches just not want to win the game?

Kinda looked that way. I...as many seen what needed to be done to win. That was run the damn ball and keep Robinson in. We didn't really even go in to cruise control. We kept passing. Mind boggling lose.

Still have hope for the season. This is a very young team. Just I don't see them going anywhere with Marvin as the head coach

Wow, had to get out of JN! People are starting to scare me in there, making me think they will actually slit their wrists or something.

If Shanahan stops that read option offense, then Griffin will survive.

Question is, what will they be without that read-option offense?
A lot of his spectacular stats are driven from that read-option.
If you take that away, he loses a lot of his easy completions that he thrives off of.

it was the only thing that gave them a chance in our game with them...

the Triple Option...

I would be happy never seeing an option play in cincy again.

I would love to see another option play. I just want them to practice that play a ton. When we ran it, it looked like we ran it one time in practice and called it a day.

Dalton ran the option play a few times at TCU. You just need the right personnel in there. I wouldn't run it again until next year and that's if we get a shifty RB.
