I'll do another one after the Senior Bowl in between the Combine.
Round 1 Pick 20 CJ Mosley, OLB Alabama Crimson Tide ![]() Ht: 6'2" Wt: 234 Mosley has had an outstanding season with 83 tackles, 5 sacks, 1 forced fumble, and 2 picks. He is by far the best pass defending linebacker in this years draft excelling in both man and zone coverages. With the way Manny Lawson has been playing we need an upgrade at the position. Im sticking with my guns on this pick. I know alot of people are calling for a DE in the first but I think this is a higher priority. Round 2 Pick 35 Tony Jefferson, S Oklahoma Sooners ![]() Ht: 5'11" Wt: 212 Jefferson is a tackling machine. He leads his team with 113 tackles which says he does a lot of clean up duty for his defensive front. Has experience playing the nickel corner and lead the Sooners in picks his sophmore year. Good against the run and great in coverage this is just the kind of hybrid safety that Zimmer likes. Round 2 Pick 52 Mike Gillislee, RB Florida Gators ![]() Ht: 5'11" Wt: 210 BJGE is clearly going to remain the primary back for the Bengals, but I see is going towards a more comittee approach in 2013. Bernard Scott cant stay healthy and I think its time to move on. This years RB class is loaded, and Gillislee's stock has been rising as he has become the focal point of the Gator's offense. Deceptive speed and power combined with impressive blocking, he has the potential to be a future RB for the Bengals. Round 3 Pick 84 Cornellius "Tank" Carradine, DE Florida State Seminoles ![]() Ht: 6'5" Wt: 265 Once a promising first round talent, Tank suffered a torn ACL in the last half of the season. Notching 11 sacks and 13 TFL is impressive but could be decieving because of Werner seeing alot of double teams, but he consistently has beaten one on one blockers. Round 4 Pick 116 Xavier Nixon, OT Florida Gators ![]() Ht: 6'5" Wt: 314 Nixon has the perfect frame for an NFL lineman, and has flashed potential throughout his career. He's had good games and bad games in his senior year and needs to show more consistency. With some coaching and time to develop in the NFL he could be a starter one day. Round 5 Pick 148 AJ Klein, ILB Iowa State Cyclones ![]() Ht: 6'1" Wt: 244 Im impressed the way Geunther and Co. have been able to shape Burfict into a starter. Maybe they can work some magic on Klein. He's a good prospect, smart player, and has the build of the way linebackers seem to be going, lighter/quicker. Round 6 & Comps best player available |

I don't know Klein, and I didn't see Carradine as anything more than what we have in Geathers now (and now Tank is injured); however, this is something I could definitely get behind. I imagine Reggie would be a candidate to move to SS?

I like it. But the more I think about it, the more I think Mosley might be a combine climber.

I like it. I never really paid much attention to Mike Gillislee this season, but I will be watching him during the Bowl game and combine after I looked up some stuff on him
