Mid way through the college season, I wanted the Bengals to nab Bernard with the 2A pick. After watching the SEC Championship game, Lacy jumped up on my big board. This would be a tough pick as far as who I would rather have.
As of right now though, I think I would still rather have Bernard, mainly because he is quick and agile and would be our scat back to pair with BJGE. I think Lacy is pretty much the same thing as BJGE. I wouldnt be opposed to taking Barner or Gillislee in the 3rd if possible. We need to draft a speedy, shifty running back to compliment BenJarvis. |

You know, when you have an RB finish a season strong, one option is to consider trading him for picks in the offseason. We saw BJGE when the line wasn't strong, and we saw him when it was. To some extent, he is a product of a good line.
How are these other guys with catching the ball and blocking?

Either one would look good in stripes.

I think both could end up in the first round

He's not the biggest back but he's got high 4.3 to low 4.4 speed and runs and catches both very well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1p12_k9Etw |
