The Colts just need to win 1 more game and they've clinched a playoff spot. It doesn't matter what anyone does - including your Jets.

After watching the Pats dismantle the Texans, I realized that the Texans defense isn't as awesome as they're made out to be. Also, it appears that a good QB can take their defense apart. Luck isn't yet Brady's equal, but he's at least HALF of what Brady is. If that's the case, then he can hang HALF of what Brady hung on the Texans.

If the Bengals beat the Steelers next week, and the Ravens continue on their losing skid, we could win the division with a victory against them the final week...then in the first round we host the Colts at PBS.

MS, that is not what this thread is about. This is purely if the Colts lose out and the game between Pitt and Cincy. Obviously, if the Colts are in if they win one more game, but that was never the premise of the thread. Pay attention and don't follow the dope Coltsfan4ever.

If Cincy beats the Steelers, that helps the Colts out.

On a different scenario, if the Jets win out and the Bengals, Jets, Steelers and Colts are all tied at 9-7, then according to Yahoo playoff generator, the Colts and Jets are in and the Jets would have seed # 5 and the Colts seed # 6.

You need to make sure VCU Ram posts the proper thread in the next 2 weeks. If one of your brethren makes the same mistake as Trademark or Nerkle, there's nothing you'll be able to do to save your beloved Bengals.

I don't think you understand how the interwebz works. Once the chain was broken last week, no more of VCUs threads are going to work the same way. A new chain will have to be started by someone else. And it can't be in the same way as VCUs.

Not exactly...

If the Bengals win the next 2 games, they win the division, providing the Ravens lose to the Giants.

That would make the Bengals 4th seed. The Colts, if they win against the Chiefs, will clinch a playoff spot and get 5th seed.

Colts will then play Bengals in wild-card round at PBS.
