Has James Develin been released by the Patriots, and I just missed it? He was called up to their active roster Nov 28th.

Jourdan Brooks know the team and the play book, that in itself should be enough reason he should be signed over a guy who has been sitting on his couch eating potato chips. Let's not repeat the Faine mistake again.

Our practice squad should mirror our injuries. We lost Sanu and Binns - we should be developing 2 WRs. We lost Scott, Peerman, and Pressley - we should at least have 2 RBs ready to go. Nice! "A" practice squad. But not ours. Brooks was let go in November and only been away a team for one month. I was comparing Brooks to another FB we might actually sign rather than a guy who we can't possibly sign in Develin who is already signed to NE's PS. But you go and fight against windmills!

I hate the idea of not having a fullback on the roster. You go 15 weeks running packages with a true fullback in the backfield. If you take a fullback out of the lineup, it just kind of screws everything up. Hopefully they sign another in the next few days if Pressley is indeed out for the season.

You know we can sign a PS player from another team, right? I believe Develin is actualy on their 53, but you obviously don't know that.

BTW - I don't see much of a need for a FB as the team could use that to expand depth in other areas instead of having an <20 snap per game player with no huge difference in offensive performance with or without the position.

Brooks got carries in the preseason and not enough for me to say he *****..

But i am interesting in The Leader of the Resistance John Conner.


And brooks was the most recent Other FB on our roster.

This needs to be solved very quickly. Our running game and protection was not the same after the injury.

First let me say, "I was wrong". The Bengals did not lose to the Eagles. I am glad they won.

The play on which Pressley came up lame was shown clearly on TV. P{ressley was deposited on his arse by a charging D lineman. It was a clean hit but, looked like a man running over a kid. Something must have happened to his knee just before the impact, because he definitely wasn't prepared to take the hit. I hope he recovers completely and soon. However, I suspect IR.
