I'm pretty sure the Bengals have been looking at this game since before the Cowboys game. That was a trap game, as was last night.

Steelers game? Bengals are the underdogs. Dalton has yet to beat the Steelers. I GUARANTEE he has been looking at these last two games for awhile.

Dalton has yet to have over 50% completion percentage against the Steelers. And he knows it.

Next week, the Bengals are going to show if they have matured throughout the season, or if we have to wait another year.

Next week is when the Bengals playoffs truly begin

A trap game is a game we generally overlook, why would we overlook the steelers with the odds this high? Everyone needs to start thinking before using "trap" game. Steelers is a big game, no such thing as a big trap game, cmon son.

I didn't bother reading your replies yet, but Steeler games are never trap games. They're always important on our schedule and they've had the Bengals # (and Andy's) for the longest time. Trap game means they're expected to win but not show up, which is never the case.

Nothing personal to you, but this "trap" game thing really ****** me off. These are professional football players, they know first hand week in and week out the slight difference between the good teams an bad team is slim. I don't think "trap" game is ever a legitimate excuse for losing a game in the NFL.

As for this week... How in the heck could the Bengals overlook the Steelers, a team they can't seem to beat. A team that humiliates them on a regular basis? A team they absolutely must beat to make the playoffs. Not to mention the Bengals laid an egg last week, and this is another fine opportunity to show what they are capable off. They have 10-days to prepare too.
