I think im gonna have to wait and see on this one....Teams dont cut superstars...You have to remember guys with hes size get cut blocked alot .....So i hope he can last the rest of the season with a bad leg or mcl whatever he had wrong with him......Now the good parts he has the size hes still young he seems smart ....And the best part of all with this 10 days off he should be able to pick up some of the playbook.....You gotta hand it the coaches... They go out and get guys the fit this team QUICK....Lets hope he works out because we are gonna need everybody onboard down the strech...And into the playoffs if we get in........BIGUPS TO THE BENGALS COACHES

Knowing them, of course, the Dr. wasn't in Friday afternoon, so they had to wait to get him an appointment for a physical on Monday, AFTER they signed him to a 2 year deal.

You mean we're actually TRYING to make the play-offs. Maybe Mike Brown has learned a lesson. Only success on the scoreboard leads to sustainable $ucce$$ at the cash register.

well they said he was released earlier in the season so all the time off must have him healthy to be signed

According to the article on the front page of Bengals.com, Conner is 100% healthy and in shape and ready to go. He could play special teams as early as Sunday vs the Steelers, and possibly play some offense as a lead blocker. This is a great signing by the Bengals.

He has been keeping in shape at Sports Ignition in Mason , OH since his release which is just right outside of Cincy and the owner said he is healthy.

Do teams have a real-time database that lists players just released? I hope Connor can demonstrate his pancake technique against the Steelers and Ravens.

Most fullbacks never become superstars. The last guy that was a "star" fullback was Mike Alstott and he was more of a HB/FB hybrid.

I agree. Fullback's are glorified offensive linemen. Glad to see Connor, a Cincinnati native and former Kentucky walk on back with his home team. They called him the Terminator when he was in New York, hopefully he can continue to light up linebackers.
