Given that the secret formula for garnering comp picks is more guarded than the formula for Coke, it is hard to predict if / how many you are going to receive. Based on the fact that we brought in an army of DEs and there is one still getting significant play time with decent production, I bet we do not get one for Rucker.

It was a toss up between him and Livings. Now that I think about it we'll come getting one for him than Rucker since Livings is starting.

I lost interest when you said trade Nelson for a 4th. That makes no sense.

If you want to move Leon, great. That would give us 2 good safeties in Nelson and Hall.

Why would you trade Reggie away???

I am not opposed to the idea of moving Leon to Safety eventually....I think he may excel at Safety.

however, Reggie has played extremely well for us, losing him would be a giant step backward.

That being said, I don't see any major issues with the draft.

I think Hall at FS and one of the best SS's in this draft would be better(not that it matters but also cheaper).It allows us to draft 2 stud CB's to go along with Dre and really sets us up for years to come.

I was tracking free agent gains and losses during the off season. I think we will get one, probably 5th round or later.

Our pass defense isn't top tier, but it isn't terrible, either. We are currently ranked 10th in passing yards/game[219], tied for 7th best in passing TD's allowed[15], and tied for 13th best in oppossing QBR[83.2]. I really don't think the performance we've had this year dictates trading our starting FS, moving a guy who has never played before FS to that position, and then starting two rookies. It would be a total disaster.

I think we all feel that we need to plug the revolving door at SS, but there's no reason to completely juggle our secondary this offseason when we've got other needs.

I would move Kirkpatrick to safety and then take Rhodes, if he is even still there.

So you want 3 first year players (along with a guy in his first year playing S) in the secondary next year? No thanks.

You build around your best players, not trade them for a 4th rounder.

Well if i was to do the reggie trade i wouldn't do it till after we drafted our SS in the 2nd.I admit that it probably won't happen it was just an idea. But I do like the idea of drafting 2 good young CB's within the first 4 or 5 rounds.
