Ravens seem to be falling apart. The scary part is that they are usually near unbeatable at home. Now they're getting blown out there. We get them here in Cincy, but first we have to beat the Steelers or we might not go at all, let alone win the division.

Btw, the Texans have a pretty comfortable lead over the Colts as well. That helps us as far as the wc goes.

Well.. Baltimore has lost and Houston is up on Indy with a second to go... LOL

Cinci 8-6
Pitts 7-6 - kicking off against Dallas...

And Indy is 9-5.

Now the key to this is that Atlanta smoked the Giants, so you know they'll be hot for a win next week against Baltimore... and they'll probably get it!

Next week... GO GIANTS! GO BENGALS! and the division comes down to week 17 against Baltimore at home!

I think Denver beats Baltimore today and I doubt Pittsburgh gives it up to Dallas like we did last week... buuut.. Dallas needs this win badly. Washington will probably take care of Cleveland (even without RG3) & I think Atlanta bounces back and beats the Giants. That would create a 3-way tie between NY, Washington and Dallas at 8-6.

If Atlanta does win, the Giants will have to take care of the Ravens next week.


Bottomline: I don't think the Ravens have the AFCN locked up by any stretch. In fact, I wouldn't be shocked to see the Ravens drop the next two games to Denver & the Giants setting up Baltimore @ Cinci in week 17 for the AFCN title.

I know, I know.. one week at a time. But we won our game this week... so I think it's okay to look ahead a bit.

It's not even an outside chance. It's a legit chance. The Ravens have lost 2 straight and are on the road against NY. If the Bengals take care of business they will win the division.

That's a big if when you consider that Marvin Lewis teams are 1-5 (0-3 in division) after 8-6 starts.

That said, I think the Steelers and especially the Ravens are more beatable now than they've been in the past decade. We get the Ravens at home and they are terrible on the road. It can be done.

found the answer fairly close 18 wins at home 14 in pitt. yet in 2000's we won 2 at home 4 away. Guess the 90's messed up my memory.
