There are lot of top picks that have concentration issues. With Gresham it's not that he has bad hands, just that he takes his eyes off the ball or lacks concentration at times. He'll get over it, but we can laugh about it in this thread in the meantime.

As for the blocking, he needs to learn how to finish his blocks better...
