I want this to be Burficts best game of the season.

This goes for everyone on both sides of the ball they have to play like the steelers tried to kill family.

However I really want this game to be Burficts highlight game of the year. I want him to just destroy all!

No longer will the speak of his troubled past just the animal on the field who bashed the steelers for 4 quarters.

He has some retribution to deal out as well for the stupid things they did to him in game one. Burfict need to destroy.

I agree, I think he needs to destroy, Rey Rey needs to destroy, Rey Rey's mom needs to destroy, everyone wearing orange that day need just needs to torch some steel.

If Burfict did it all himself, I would like to clarify, I would be happy with that as well.

Actually, after rethinking my initial rethought, I would be happy with him, but probably ***** about everyone else if he did it all himself.

Too bad Colon won't be in there so he can have some get-back. Cincinnati definitely needs Burfict's intensity to shine through in this game. One of his best of the season so far was the first Pittsburg game.

I agree, though, it would be a big game to come out and make a statement and just hope that the entire D rallies behind it so they come out and make a statement of their own of "hey, Pit, we're not the little brother that you can just push around anymore."

I want our D to be playing inspired football, and that's what it comes down to, so if it takes Burfict having his best game to do it, then so be it.

I'm not worried about anyone on Defense, Offense or Special Teams. This isn't even close in competition, this season. denver, new england, houston and even indy offer much more of a challenge. pitts-n-balt just ain't worth the worry. All in all, I expect a full game of Bengal Highlights...and no one else!

Just center around Miller and Dwyer (for some reason, Steelers RBs usually have good games against Bengals).

Wallace will drop passes, and Brown will fumble.

But the LBs have a HUGE part in this game. I want Burfict to have the best game of his career as well.

Very true. He was on fire that game. Even though the Bengals didn't do well as a team, they still came close to winning, and Burfict was awesome that game. I hope this game he forces some turnovers as well

While I want to see Vontaze Burfict get medieval on the Steelers, I think a bone-crunching hit from Reggie Nelson might make those Pittsburgh receivers a little skittish when running their routes. Dez Bryant is still having nightmares about being hit by Reggie!

Speaking of Burfict.. I was watching videos on NFL.com and I came across this, which pretty much sums up the Bengals LBers.

Burfict comes running in and slams into the RB, dragging him back.. in the background, who is that? Maualuga, who's literally standing still while Burfict is making a play up the middle.. not until Burfict starts dragging Rainey back does Rey come rushing in.

Apparently that's why Rey has over 100 tackles on the season. Half of them are "assisted" tackles like that one right there. Can't wait until next year when Burfict gets to go home to MLB.

Yea seriously. He's playing like a future pro bowler at WLB. I think he'd be as effective in the middle. I wouldn't mind keeping Rey and having him and Vontaze switch positions (and of course drafting a guy for more depth and talent). Afterall Reys play seems to have improved with Vontaze in.

With a playmaker shoring up the middle our D could be a perrenial top 5 defense. We already have a LOT of talent on D. I really feel this team is about an off season or draft away from contending yearly.

Same here. I'm not wishing away this season yet since we still have a good shot at the playoffs, but I can't wait to see where Vontaze is next year and how much he has improved. I know he is going to be a force!!!
