Default Birth of a Dynasty or continued era...

As Bengals fans we are all very aware of our history of failures, what-ifs, and seasons of underachievements. Today begins what I believe will be a defining moment, a Bengals win on this day will mark a day when this team got it right, turned the corner and moved a few rungs up the ladder.

I have always believed that this game is won in the trenches. Right now we have one of the best defensive lines along with a very good and approving offensive line. This team can be very dangerous in the post season and matches up pretty well with most any team having a chance to get in.

December 23, 2012, Birth of a Dynasty.

WHO DEY!

An "approving" offensive line?

What does that mean? What do they approve of?

A dynasty of what exactly? Winning more games then losing?

The Patriots Dynasty began with "The Tuck Rule", against the Raiders. The Steelers had their great reception.

When a team turns that corner there is usaully a moment you can point to and say this is when it began.

Tuck rule didn't make the Patriots, smart play and great coaching did.

Great coaching or hidden cameras. People forget he coached Cleveland as well. Hidden cameras and a weak division and he's now Lombardi reincarnated.

He didn't look quite as smart when he was coaching the Browns.

14 yards rushing; 2 INTs; 0 TD passes does NOT give me that heady feeling you are experiencing. I hope you are right.

While it's great to have back to back winning seasons and playoff appearances, let's actually win a playoff game before we even think about using terms like dynasty.
