This was about the time in Levi Jones' career we draft his replacement. Fisher is one of the top OTs in the nation. Long and Lean, would probably be a mistake to ask him to play the right side, yet he plays well in the Run Game. If we took this kid at 2A it would not be a wasted pick.

Jahleel Addae, SS


SS in the Earl Thomas mold. 8 INTs over the last 2 years. Racked up 81 tackles this year including 7 TFL. Also chipped in with 2 sacks and 3 PDs. We has drafted/signed monster Safties the last few years with limited results. Maybe it's time to see what a smaller more polished DB can bring.

Quanterus Smith, DE


Unfortunately WKU's best prospect is sidelined with an ACL tear. However, before going down kid was leading the nation with 12.5 sacks and 18.5 TFL (4th nationally). Has totaled 24 tackles in his career. The year Geno Atkins came out I was high on him because he lived in the opponents backfield. This kid had the same penetration from the edge. You won't get
to see him play, but he is a definate sleeper late round or possible UDFA

Jack Doyle, TE


Pass catching TE. Has led the team in catches and yards the last 2 season. John Mackey watchlist candidate as one of the top TEs in the nation. Doesn't get shutdown. Caught a ball in ever game this year and at least 3 catches in 11 out of 12.

225 tackles over the last 2 years with 33.5 TFL,5.5 sacks,1 INT,5 FF's.

He has not declared yet but I believe he will from what i've read.

The best thing about the bowls is that it gives you a chance to look at guys like Jackson and Smith when you otherwise may not.

I think that twisted ankle before halftime ruined Andrew Jackson for the remainder of the game.

Loved Fisher and Jahleel though. Fisher, unfortunately, is not an under-the-radar prospect. Several of the big mock draft sites/boards have him in Round 1 or 2.

Jahleel wasn't really playing safety in that game though, but he sure appeared to have the speed.

I wonder how much has been because of the coaching shuffle there. Hard to say. Read a lot of really nice things but he kinda just fell flat.

Jahleel looks like a good prospect.
Fisher has to be considered at 2A if he falls there.
