Since 2001 two playoff appearances followed by one miss....this year not a surprise, the Steelers are right on track.

Well I'd be seriously worried then if I was a Bengals fan, because the Bengals barely beat a non-playoff team their last game.

I showed you the record...the Pittsburgh Steelers have busted both your myths.

With only 9 losing seasons in a span of 40 yrs., when is the "All Glory is Fleeting" myth going to apply toward the Pittsburgh Steelers?

Funny when the Steelers lose and are out of contention, their fans jump right back to the history books.

Just make sure and prepare yourself for a lot more 8-8ish records.

You may even need to consider going back to being a Browns fan.

And for good measure, Geno had 2.5 more Ben throw-downs in the playoff clinching win in Pittsburgh.

First of all, I love the "span of 40 years" comments.. how about going back to when the team was started and see there records then.

Second those aren't myths.... it is truth, in the end one day the Steelers will be in the cellar year in and year out, it happen before it will happen again.

Third, the first truth.. you're only good as your last game is the Big one, because it true in all sports. If you win, you good for that one day, you lose and your lousy.

What drives me up a wall is Steelers fans think they invented football, when all they did was get a coach who turn around a team that was always in the second division , with all the first rounders he had and made them into a great team, well as my father said of Chuck Noll when he was in College playing for UD, he was the biggest drunk on Bujan Field... and everyone knew it.
