any PC gamers here?

i did a quick search and nothing really specific to PC only came up so i was just wondering if there are any?

i mostly just play starcraft 2 at the moment but it would be neat to find someone here who might by chance play it as well.

There are PC gamers here and some that play Starcraft. I personally don't and don't really game that much anymore. There is a thread somewhere that discusses what everyone is playing and is where you can pick up on that.

I game on PC. It's my main form of entertainment outside of the family stuff we do.

I build a higher end machine every 1 1/2 to 2 years. Microcenter is about a 40 minute drive from me, so I'm lucky in that way.

Right now I'm into DOTA2, just started Torchlight 2, some Civ5, the Total War series, and will occasionally hop into a Battlefield game. Tried Starcraft II, Diablo 3, and just about any other bigger game that comes out. I was not a big fan of either.

if you like dota2 you could check out league of legends. i have played neither but they are both MOBAs i know. also i think its free to play, but you can buy content.

I played LoL for a bit, it's not that bad of a free play.

PC gamer here. I haven't played SC2 since the original release though. Come to think of it, I haven't really played much of anything for the last month or so.

I was huge into SWTOR until EA/BW decided to charge subs for content updates. I canceled my sub and am thinking about going back to WoW, but I don't know yet.

I've played D3 and GW2, but both those games got boring real quick. When Starcraft 2 hit came out, I played that for a bit, but got bored with it too.

I don't know, maybe I'll just re-up my LIVE subscription and see if my old clan is still together.

I play League of Legends, but only because it's not available on the XBox. Other than that, I've been having trouble finding a game that sticks out to me at all - on any console.

Hey, thanks for the reply!

I tried LOL first before Dota. It was a fun game. Free, but you have to buy characters in packs and things.

Dota2 is a much deeper game, for sure.


I have 4 or 5 free keys for the game if anyone wants to try it. The game is 100% free, no characters to buy or maps or items. The only things people choose to buy are cosmetic. I would be happy to teach people and group up. The learning curve is steep, but it's an incredible team based game.

It is played through Steam.
