Great shots as usual.

Personally I prefer a little more brightness and contrast with snow scenes, but it all depends on taste and the effect you are going for. For example the shot of the old chapel looks great a little darker.

I had my proposal pictures done here. Beautiful place!! Would have loved to have seen the snow fall.

I worked a few different versions but when I increased the exposure to brighten the scene I started losing the darkness in the lake water which I really wanted to keep almost black. The snow was still falling somewhat and it was closing in on dusk when I shot these, so the brightness and contrast are actually pretty close to what I was seeing with my own eyes at the time.

Very nice pictures, Karp. My daughter out in Irvine is a professional photographer. I don't get it. What she sees out of a scene and what I see are two different things. I don't have that eye, but my wife does, so she must have gotten that skill from her mother. I admire the way some people see the world.
