When I moved to Florida in 1994 I was still a Bengals fan but in Orlando they carried Buccaneers games. They were as bad as the Bengals then, and had those terrible orange uniforms with the winking pirate on the helmet. The stadium they played in looked like a giant floppy tortilla. And Sam Wyche was the coach.

Figuring they needed it, I started rooting for the Buccaneers. Little by little they started getting good drafts and good defensive players. A few years later they had a rockin defense and one of the best stadiums in the NFL. And red/pewter uniforms that looked a LOT better.

After I moved to CA in 2006, I lost interest in the Bucs but my fandom for the Bengals deepened.

I figured you're smart enough to not essentially say "The Bengals lost their last game (a playoff game) and look what happened to them!" and assumed you thought they lost 4 of their last 5 REGULAR season games... nope, you said "look what happened to them" in reference to the Bengals losing their playoff game. Wow...

Hmmmm. You seem awful chippy for a guy whose team just came off a 3 game losing streak by beating a bad Giants team, at home, that was dismantled this year by the Bengals.

Ha. Both teams dismantled the Giants. But Im not chippy. My boys embarrassed the kittens earlier this season and are division champs. Important just curious how much pastime our backups will get and why someone is trying to tell me the look at what happened to the Bengali after they lost in the playoffs.

The joy of playing New England round 1 and not the Colts.

If the Patriots knock us out in Foxboro, yeah it'll **** but it's New England at home in the playoffs. They beat a lot of teams.

The Ravens losing at home in the first round to a rookie....that would be just sad and pathetic.

Oh well. Looks like the Ravens are benching 7 starters and not playing Rice for the whole game. I guess we'll see at least a quarter of Tyrod after all and maybe 1 of Allen.
