Anyone know a person with a really funny name. I am sure everyone does, but this thread is only for names that can be proven to exist and belong to real people.
Here is one I came across years ago when I lived in Denver Fausto Poot http://www.linkedin.com/pub/fausto-poot/31/3a/403 And here is an attorney that I actually used to work with in Knoxville Sue Mee http://www.linkedin.com/pub/susan-mee/1/151/57 |

Staff Sergeant Max Fightmaster.
Not really funny, but really awesome. EDIT: According to my (limited[read: lazy]) research, he is now Sergeant First Class Max Fightmaster.

One of my former commanders had a friend who went into the Army. The man's name was Don Parts and nobody in the Army ever wanted to make corporal as fast as Don did. After all, his first rank was private so everyone referred to him as Private Parts.

I always thought the driver of the other car in the crash that killed James Dean was named Donald Turnipseed, but apparently it is Turnupseed.
Turnipseed actually makes more sense to me, but either way it is a kind of strange name. Last edited by fredtoast; 12-29-2012 at 12:52 AM. |

I'm distantly related to a woman named Valhalia Brightenback.
My last name is weird, but I think some of you know it, and I don't know if I should put it on here? But you can basically see it on Mike's nametag in my sig. Sorta'. |

My cousin in law named his kids some different names.
In order of birth... Thor Aprilia (a girl... they call her Prilly). He thought the name of the bike sounded cool. Keegan Ransom |

Also had a boss of the last name Dix. He always swore his mom's name was Sharon and his dad's was Holden. If you tried to joke with him about his name, he would cut you off and remind you he always has to introduce his parents as Holden and Sharron Dix! |

Some guy that I work with swears up and down that he went to high school with a girl named "La - ia" pronounced: Ladashia. I didn't believe him at first, but he's just so adamant about it.....and some people name their kids really strange things.

Oh, jeesh. I wish I could remember them all.
Girl named Candida. Candidia is what causes yeast infections in women. Girl named Analani. She pronounced it Ana-lani. I could only think what parent in their right mind would make their daughter go to middle school named Anal-ani? Man named Messiah. Asian lady named Hang Da Bich Guy in the Army named Sergeant Major. Guy named Richard Head. Wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. Remembered another, woman with a first name of Twalette.
