So a team can committ 2+ personal fouls on 1 play and it only counts as a 15 yard penalty? I just thought of a new defensive play Lebuea should add to the play book next year. I shall call it "11 knee shots, 1 play".

A pass interference that is also a personal foul. That is complete failure at coverage.

Back in the 80's, there was a team called the Detroit Pistons also called the Bad Boys.
They use to gang foul or multiple blows on a player. They knew that only one foul, the first foul would be called. Soon, after whining by Michael Jodan and others, the league changed the rule where multiple fouls can be called. Thus, the beginning of the end of the bad boys of the the NBA.
