I'm not going to say anything. I'll just let you watch it and then we all can discuss it.

I'm starting to think if we beat the Texans we are going to the championship game.

Sounds reasonable. Texans lose in the rematch and Bengals advance to Broncos.
The Broncos are no joke, especially in Mile High. Bengals will have their hands full against them and they'll need to be perfect in all three phases to be competitive.

You got to think if we could some how have the lead in the 4th quarter this time around, we'd have a better chance at winning. Our D has really stepped it up since that first game.

If Eric Davis is correct, I'll be ecstatic at even the opportunity to get "Manninged" again.
I've never seen a Bengals playoff win (although I DO remember watching them lose SB23 at 5 years old) and nobody has EVER seen a Bengals playoff road win. |

we all just want to see the bengals beat the texans and finally give this team some real credibility.
i can't comment on anything until after that, as my support for marvin lewis and so much more rides on this game, and going in to houston and pulling out a victory, and advancing. If that can't happen, we haven't moved on from anywhere last year and so much blame will fall on Marvin Lewis and this coaching staff. Lets start with a -sound- victory in Houston, and then discuss.

If feels that way, doesn't it? I hate getting my hopes up, but they're sky high. If Marvin can't get it done this time, he'll never get it done.

I've got that same feeling I had before our last Steelers game. I just believe it's going to happen!

He mentioned in another part how Zeitler being familiar with Watt from his Wisconsin days could help at least slow him down.

I had the same feeling too. If I was Marv, I'd plaster 40 to 1 all over the facility and let the hungry dogs eat it up.

I dont think they take peytons history of choke games after a playoff bye week seriously. Andy Dalton/AJ Green... The Destroyers of Every Bad record the bengals hold... I think they get 3 more this year. 2 on saturday. 1st road playoff win in team history 1st playoff win in 20+ years Then the Following week Win in Denver for the first time in 30+ yearS?

I've got a feeling that if the Bengals get that 1st playoff win...the confidence that win will build could carry them a long way.

I couldn't agree more. The momentum we have going in + a huge win in Houston will mean Denver will definitely be in for a battle! It won't be a walk over.

Re: VIDEO: NFL.com AFC Playoff Predictor...
Hear this, most of the coaches that have won that first playoff victory have done it in their stadium. think about how hard marvin has had it here dealing with changing mike browns thinking to even start to think about a winning atmosphere, plus he has had to deal with others making his picks instead of him. lately he has been in charge much more and you see the results.to even be in the playoffs with a chance to get a playoff victory speaks tons for the guy. no other coach coud have come in here and got what he has gotten done. yes, its taken 10 years, but a ton of that was caused by the players he had to deal with.the guys on the field now are HIS MEN.THATS THE DIFFERENCE..I feel marvin wants this one as much as any head coach could ever. the reality of it is, he is not at home playing, he has to go on the road and get it done, which is a HUGE TASK.Our team will play their butts off and thats all any of us can ask for.EVERYONE IN THE NATI WANTS THIS ONE, BUT NO ONE MORE THAN MARVIN. The guy deserves this one, folks. and all of you know i have hammered him as much as anyone, but when we win this saturday, i just hope the players carry him off the field.I WILL BE STOKED TO SEE THAT!!!
