Northwestern's Pat Fitzgerald. He has turned Northwestern into a consistent 8 win team and a contender annually in the Big 10 without great recruiting classes. Fitz is definitely still young at 38 and can lead a team to success. Wouldn't be surprised if he is considered for major jobs in a couple years.

Let's hope he stays there for a few more years. I don't want any other NFL teams out there getting a good coach.

Charlie Strong out in Louisville really turned that program around. He's a little older at 52, but I'm sure he'll have a few NFL GMs calling his phone in a year or two.
In his 3 seasons as HC: 25-14 overall record 13-8 conference record 2 conference titles 2-1 in bowl games Last edited by shaolinghost; 01-03-2013 at 12:09 PM. |

Kevin Coyle from the Miami Dolphins. He's a very good defensive backs coach, and also has done well with the Dolphins defense. I think give him one more season and he will be getting calls.
