Ever Had One Of Those Days?

Ever have one of those days where everything just goes to crap?

First of PT was a nightmare.
Secondly, Lowes was supposed to deliver a new washer and dryer today, but the salesman screwed up the delivery date, so now I have to change my plans again and hope they get it right this time.
Number 3. I found a 2 1/2 inch water lines leaking and a 3/4 inch line leaking. In addition to that I have a bad element in my hot water tank. I called a local plumber and he said he would be out after 2 pm. I never heard from him, when I called back I got voice mail.

If my damn leg wasn't all busted up I would do the repairs myself, however I am not able to do it, and evidently the economy has improved to the point where companies no longer need to make any money.

I have had those days before, and when those days happen, I try to focus on good things. For me, it's the fact that tomorrow morning, I will be on one of the first planes out to Miami. Flight leaves at 7:20, and I'll be in warmer weather around 10:30. Notre Dame will win the National Championship, and I will fly home next Wednesday with the full knowledge that it was my cheering that helped them "Roll" the "Tide" out of southern Florida Monday night. Sorry to steal your thread.

I kind of had one back in mid November. Got up & ready for work as normal, smiling & whistling for the lovely day ahead. Stopped at McD's for breakfast on the go even! However with about 10 minutes before I was to start, I pulled into the parking lot. I realized I forgot something, deodorant. Talk about a WTF do I do moment, especially when I had no time to go buy some, especially after a co-worker saw me pull in.

So I went in, told boss I forgot it and if I could run down street to get some. She was cool and laughed about it. So off I went, only to barely run a red light. So here comes a cop behind me, lights on. 20 minutes later with a ticket in hand, I went to get the deo finally. Made it back to work, the McD sandwich I had gave me the grumbles, and I dealt with that for a while.

No. I usually just get home from work, do whatever responsible adult crap that has to be done, then get a book/videogames/food/whatever to keep me busy till I fall asleep. It kinda stems from a time I was having one of those days that nothing went right. I remember I went to take a shower before turning in. A full bottle of shampoo ended up falling on my toe, and I tripped getting out of the shower. Ever since then, I've (semi) believed in the snowball effect.
