Fiesta Bowl timekeeper
Maybe I missed something all the years I've been watching football...but there were two incidences in last night's Fiesta Bowl where the player with the ball ran out of bounds (no question of forward progress or tackled in bounds)...and the clock kept going!
The announcers didn't say anything about it....I thought in college and pro ball the clock stops when a player goes out of bounds. What am I missing!?!?
