I dig the games,...so lets go with another one. So...invite all of your buddies to try to take you down with their mastery of picking NFL games. You've all done a March Madness bracket, right? Well this is exactly the same.
You'll get: 2 points for every Wildcard game you pick correctly. 4 points for every Divisional game you pick correctly. 6 points for each League Championship game you pick correctly 8 points for picking the Super Bowl correctly Also pick the combined score of the two Super Bowl teams in the event of a tie at the end. You should get how the NFL playoff bracketing works, but if not, it's pretty easy. WC round is the #3 seed playing the #6 seed, and the #4 seed playing the #5 seed from each conference. The next round has a tiny little twist, but I have confidence that each one of you can catch on.....The lowest remaining seed that you have winning from the WC round plays the #1 seed, and the highest remaining seed plays the #2. From there on out,...you just go with who you've already picked. Pick the entire playoffs before Saturday, and you can enter this wonderful contest of fun. I'll keep score so no craziness ensues. Well,...I guess you can all keep score as well since you'll all be posting it publicly,...but I'll at least add it up for you after each week. If you feel that I've left any rules out, let me know so we can deal with it now, instead of at the end. Have fun, ya goons! No editing your post. EDIT: I have allowed some editing because a few people forgot some things. If you want to edit it up until the Bengals vs. Texans game starts, you can. If the time stamp at the bottom is after the very first game starts, your bracket is already eliminated. Here is what the playoffs look like for anyone oblivious to the rest of the NFL. AFC: Wild Card week matchups: (3) Houston Texans (6) Cincinnati Bengals (4) Baltimore Ravens (5) Indianapolis Colts Divisional Round matchups: (1) Denver Broncos (Lowest remaining seed) (2) New England Patriots (highest remaining seed) Championship Round matchup (the two teams you have left....derp) NFC: Wild Card week matchups: (3) Green Bay Packers (6) Minnesota Vikings (4) Washington Redskins (5) Seattle Seahawks Divisional Round matchups: (1) Atlanta Falcons (Lowest remaining seed) (2) San Francisco 49ers (highest remaining seed) Championship Round matchup (the two teams you have left....again) Super Bowl AFC winner NFC winner

Yeah yeah... don't be impatient. - That's actually hard! So many different factors that might belong into the mix of thoughts, overshadowed by the fair thought that in fact I don't really have a clue - which all leads to finally listening to intuition and having to be in the mood for that - which I wasn't until now.
So here are the intuitions from the man who even so finished a respectable third in both the Survivor game and the Pick 'em League (hey, that's good enough to be worth mentioning), thereby proving that both games mostly depend on pure luck: Wild card: Cincinnati Bengals - Houston Texans Indianapolis Colts - Baltimore Ravens Minnesota Vikings - Green Bay Packers Seattle Seahawks - Washington Redskins Divisional: Cincinnati Bengals - Denver Broncos Baltimore Ravens - New England Patriots Washington Redskins - Atlanta Falcons Green Bay Packers - San Francisco 49ers Conference Finals: New England Patriots - Denver Broncos Green Bay Packers - Atlanta Falcons Superbowl: Green Bay Packers - New England Patriots

No editing, so new post (I follow the rules...) - maybe it's the speech barrier, but by "combined score" do you mean the scores added together, resulting in a number (like 55) or the result of the game, like 31:24? - In both cases, you have my answer.
