Thumbs down NFL Network...

Just got finished watching McNabb, Sterling Sharpe, Coach Billick and Brian Baldinger talk about both teams in the game tomorrow and Baldinger just called Dalton a backup quarterback..

Couldn't believe it.. I know Andy hasn't been spectacular this season and put up Manning-esque numbers but to call the man a backup? Will a solid performance and a win tomorrow against a tough Houston defense be able to put Dalton into the middle of the pack or atleast make him a top 15 quarterback? Is he already a top 15 quarterback?

Dude is an idiot. He called Arian Foster "pedestrian" earlier in the league.

Did Billick point out that he won a SuperBowl with a backup QB?

Other than providing NFL coverage during the offseason, the NFL network is a joke. I like the NFL films programming I guess...

If Andy is a "backup quaterback" then what does that make the other 15-20 QBs that finished behind him

Andy is easily better than any QB in the league who's in the #2 position on any team.

Who is Brian Baldinger? Never heard of him before. Who gives a **** what he says. He obviously has no clue what he is talking about. I honestly cannot believe some of these idiots get paid to sit there and spit garbage like that. I could give a rats *** what any of those bums has to say.

Too many concussions. He was the only guy to pick the Bengals on a couple of occasions earlier this year.

Brian Baldinger played O-Line with Cowboys,Colts, and Eagles in that order Im pretty sure...Also he is from Pittsburgh so that explains his displeasure for Cincy as well...We knocked out the team he picked up a couple weeks ago too win so of course hed say something to that extent...A bunch of these media guys dont think we will get it done...They get paid too say what they want just cause u dont agree dont make them an Idiot...Although Id agree in this situation...Charlie Casserly has been adament about us losing this game all week...

Everyone has there opinion and I agree with some of the talking heads...Dalton being a backup QB I however do not agree with...

Nice to see the trolls come out.

NFLN is far and away the best analisis you can watch. You must be a "come on Man: fan.

Go away

Andy needs to step his game up tomorrow. This is an opportunity for him to take a step toward realizing the potential most of us think he has, or ...

I watch NFLN some but I am ****** that "A Football Life" never has anything about Paul Brown.

Seriously, they had "A Football Life" about freaking Tim Tebow, but let's not talk about the guy who brought about the 4.5 40 or the practice squad. No, we don't need innovators like this, we need to talk about TIM FREAKING TEBOW!

2 of the 4 predicted the Bengals to win.

Dalton is a top 5 QB in the AFC. Take AJ Green away and he isn't as good...but you could say that for a lot of QBs.

Exactly. Remember Tom Brady when Welker blew out his knee. I remember Baltimore just spanking his butt in a NE home playoff game.

So Brian Billick, Donovan McNabb, and Sterling Sharpe are bums? I believe you need a refresher on the definition.

You may not agree with their opinions, but your opinion isn't any more valid in this case. The Texans are a tough team and we could very well lose this game.

OK, I think that whole "back up" QB remark was made a little sarcastically. I think it may have something to do with Lombardi. Coach and Sterling and LT was laughing at him a bit because he doesn't feel Dalton is a great QB and that he would be a "back up" on the other playoff teams.

They couldn't believe the lack of confidence that Lombardi was showing to Dalton and they even said that the Bengals are in the playoffs with him at QB.
