Also, and I know people are gonna ream me for this, but I love Tofu. Especially in Hot and Sour soup. If made right, it's great! However, I don't substitute it for meat. If I want chicken, I'll eat chicken. If I want tofu, I'll eat tofu.

I'm like this too. Tofu is not bad at all if the person knows how to cook it.

Yeah, that is the key. My old guitar player would always grill out at our after hours parties. I had tried tofu before, but it was just disgusting. I made it myself without reading directions. Anywho, my old guitar player would have all these people try his grilled tofu kabobs. 100% of the time, they would ask what it was like they were enjoying it. When he would tell them "tofu", they would have a look like they wanted to kill him.

My fiance puts tofu in her lasagna to make it more creamy. I never tell anyone else what she puts in it though. But most think its the best dang lasagna they ever had.
