Please define the "circumstances, conditions, degree, and manner in which force, or actions which might be construed as provocative, may be applied" for engaging in verbal battle on the Bengals Message Board.

Please cite examples...
Define tactics and strategy...
(ie. outsmarting, playing dumb, bluffing on stats, throwing a false white flag, taking a #2, etc...)

Rules of Engagement are rules or directives to military forces (including individuals) that define the circumstances, conditions, degree, and manner in which force, or actions which might be construed as provocative, may be applied [1]. They provide authorization for and/or limits on, among other things, the use of force and the employment of certain specific capabilities. In some nations, ROE have the status of guidance to military forces, while in other nations, ROE are lawful commands. Rules of Engagement do not normally dictate how a result is to be achieved but will indicate what measures may be unacceptable.

I don't even need a law to tell someone that case wasn't pedophilia. Pedophilia is an attraction to pre-pubescent children. Generally, an attraction to someone of the age of 16 or older does not fall into that category. It is not abnormal, nor unhealthy, to have an attraction to someone of that age, even if it is illegal. The reason is because the attraction is usually due to bodily features that have developed through puberty.

Any guy who denies ever having it (after the age of 18) is probably lying or living in a cave somewhere were some of the girls in the movie, tv and music industry never reach.
Im 24 and very few guys my age would deny (without lying) attraction to girls like Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez etc.

In this case we see how to appropriately laugh off an antagonizing opponent.
Almost like the SEA guy did in the same manner vs the WAS guy.

Side note: We also get a beginners lesson in understandings how to use teaming to belittle an opponent.
While the tactic may have failed, as the strategy was identified, the ending arguments remain in the outcome of the playoff games to follow.
