I saw he just got arrested.

They don't mess around if they released him.

He's basically a younger Bernard Scott...except Rainey sounds extremely dumb in interviews.

OR, y'know, a lot of us wanted him in the draft the last year and were surprised we didn't pick him when we had the chance and are now intrigued that he's available.
