Dinner tonight was grilled lobster tail, grilled asparagus and basmati rice. Yum!

Nice! I would have split, butterflied, and pulled the meat out of the lobster tail though.Then turn it upside down to leave grill marks on the meat and serve.It will still taste great either way.

Another job well done Jason. The only veggie i will eat is grilled asparagus and I would destroy those!

I did a tequila cilantro shrimp/pesto. chorizo pizza the other night all on the grill but to lazy to post the pics

Looks fantastic, Jason! You and NC Bengal need to come cook for me.

I've never tried asparagus. I've always been afraid to. Is there another food that it tastes similar too? Only veggies I don't like are cauliflower, raw tomato, raw onions (love them caramelized though).......I think that is about it.

Its the bomb. Specially lightly grilled with a garlic butter or other light seasoning with oil. The flavor can be addictive. However, asparagus is expensive as heck around our town for some reason and hit and miss if the store even has any?

The asparagus was seasoned with EVOO, granulated garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano before grilling.
