His first kick was around 48 yards, I believe; Shayne certainly did his job so far. Good luck in the next playoff game in New England!

Texans are done, but it was through no fault of Shayne's. He kicked a 55 yarder which surprised me. If anything, his range seems to have increased; he's a top tier kicker.

I was pulling for the Texans, gotta go for Shayne and J.Joe, then I was thinking, how awesome would it be for Shayne this postseason if he had beaten the Bengals, Patriots, and Ravens (all teams he formerly kicked for) on the way to the superbowl. That would have a been a little bonus. Oh well.

Congrats to Shayne's performance today on the 55 yarder, he nailed it easy, set a gilette stadium record.

If Graham would have missed one of those FGs we would have had a decent FG attempt to tie at the end of the game. Instead we had to go on 4th down... and didn't make it.

Alternatively, if Dalton doesn't overthrow AJ we have the lead. NFL football is about inches many games. This one (HOU vs CIN) was no exception.

Thanks.. I was really proud of him, and yes, I definitely thought about the road to the superbowl and the teams. Why couldn't the Patriots have won when he was a Patriot....sigh. He was 14-14 with those guys...

And I only just realized it when the announcers said it last week. He hasn't missed a kick inside of 46 yards in over 50 kicks I think...whatever the number, I think we all remember the crappy Jets game....Anyway, I'm glad he has had a chance to prove he has what it takes. If not for 3 blocks this season, he may have had a few more long ones. I hope he catches on somewhere next year. I'm not ready to stop cheering for him.

You're a great sister. All siblings should be so fortunate.
