Randy Moss?

I think we are set with Sanu as the #2 from what i seen in those couple games, But some say we need to draft a WR...I think we have to many other needs we could fill before WR so maybe we could hit free agency & get Randy Moss for a cheap price. Dalton likes to throw the deep ball, so who would defenses cover in a 4 wide receiver set...1# AJ, #2 Sanu, #3 Jones, #4 Moss..or 5 WR set..#5 Hawkins or Whalen..I wouldn't mind signing him at a cheap price..At least bring him in for a tryout and see what he can bring to the table...He's also one of Aj's idols and he would be the best mentor to learn from about the game..Moss did it best.....Only downside, Moss will be 36, but he does have speed still.

I'd rather bring Chad back so he can finish his career in a better way. He might actually be humbled.

Love Randy Moss. Fun guy to watch growing up. But I think his time is up after this year. Especially with the probability of the 49ers making/winning the Super Bowl.

He'll be, what, 36(?) next year? He's not good enough anymore to risk bringing him in and slowing the development of our young receivers. Plus, he has quite a few drops and has said that he doesn't always give 100% and is not as good when he's not motivated, so what makes anyone think that he'd be motivated here.

Bad idea! Moss is too old and Chad is not a good option either. Either wide receiver would be taking a step backwards on improving this offense. We can fill whatever needs we have with the draft. Plus, we don't need attitudes and second chance players anymore. We are proof - that stuff just doesn't work! In addition, Marvin doesn't deal well with attitudes and egotistical players like Belichick does. I think they walk all over him which is bad for this team.

I dunno, Jerry Rice supposedly keeps in pretty good shape. He could probably still put up a 1,000 yard season.

Love me some Randy Moss, IMO most talented receiver in NFL history, just didn't always play his hardest. Definitely made me laugh more than any player in NFL history.

Whats funny is Randy's best route is 9 route, and Dalton's biggest defeciency is throwing the deep ball. Sounds like a match made in heaven

Moss was the king of the go route. Andy isn't very good throwing deep.
Now that he's older he doesn't fight for contested catches, and he takes plays off.

Yes he did, but that is not all there is to his game now.
Him on the field would be a threat that the Bengals did not have this year.
