Cospiracy theories are always linked to history changing events (JFK, 9/11, etc). Our latest major news getting event was the CT school shootings. Conspiracy theorists are just flat out effing idiots:

Conspiracy theorists are generally useless.
They distract from actual events and can cause more drama and dilemmas for the families involved.

I'm not a huge theorist either. I watched the video to see how stupid it was and I had some down time at work. I've watched others. ie- the moon, 9/11, ect. but this video really surprised me and made me think something else could be going on. If you have time to watch it, may shock you too. Can't really discredit what he brings to the table. Either way sad situation.

This is crazy! I don't know why people want to believe something like this. Every conspiracy theory is so unbelievable and yet there are those who will defend them with all they have.

Sandy Hook happened and 20 children and 6 adults have been murdered. There is no denieing that whatsoever.

The shootings really happened obviously..... I can not see how people could believe that "they" hired actors to do interviews as grieving parents that just bizarre to me... But...... Will our politicians try to manipulate this tragedy to further whatever agenda they are going after you bet... "Don't let a disaster or tragedy go to waste"..


Just now was watching CNN talking about this very subject and one guy Anderson Cooper was interviewing actually said they should not let people who believe in conspiracies own guns and make them seek therapy... Wow....thought that was instrestiing..

As unfortunate and unbelievable as it is, the US government has done some astoundingly horrible things, and to their own citizens at times. Not saying that any of the recent conspiracy theories hold any water, and I question even some of what I saw in the shared link, but manipulation and utilization of certain events by government entities is not unheard-of throughout history.

That said, I recently saw an article that discussed a lot of the school shootings and violent acts, and tied them back to the medications they're putting a lot of kids on these days. That was certainly a more plausible cause.

People are gonna believe what they want at the end of the day. Our need to quickly label things one way or another so we can just move on with our happy little lives is only going to get worse. And the "conspiracy theory" label will always be front and center when it comes to enabling people to do that......A lot of the time only to their detriment.

That said, I'm not giving that krap even one look. Sounds completely bogus to me plus I just can't handle stuff about little kids, babies really, getting slaughtered like that. It's too much.

I am a skeptic. I know that the government has done lots of secret stuff. But there is a big difference between being a reasonable skeptic and being a conspiracy theorist.

Don't believe everything you are told, but also try to think like a reasonable person.

There is a big difference between a cover-up or corruption and conspiracy theory IMO.
Conspiracy happens when people just don't want to accept incredibly heinous and ugly acts are committed for no reason sometimes and just want to make it so it things add up to them.

I think the notion of wanting to see 20 tiny caskets to further a political agenda is appalling and I wouldn't be upset if anyone who thinks that should happen is pushed down a flight of stairs.

I do not discredit conspiracy theorys..True or not some people look for that in everything..I have a couple friend who had a son that went into the millatary..the son and parents were very close no problems..He called his parents to say he was going to complain about something going on his base that he felt was wrong..Well he has never been heard of or found since that night..no record of death but they have spent 1000's on lawyer's to find him..no trace that has been 10 years ago..so I don't know..

This makes no sense (big surprise).

If they wanted him gone I am sure that he would have a had a "training excercise accident" or something to that nature. Not just vanishing.
