It is hard for me to believe that the Bengals FO could be 100% happy with ALL of their coaches. Even if I am at a job I LOVE I always keep my resume updated and I feel the same philosphy should be applied to how the Bengals search for candidates. There is always room for improvement.

First off, screw the Steelers, but I have to admit it would be nice to hear things like this from the Bengals FO.

We are more willing to fire and replace coaches on the defensive side of the ball.It seems the offensive coaches get a pass every year reguardless of how bad the line plays or the WR or TE.Gruden did not get to bring in a staff with him when he came here we made him use the coaches we had.
