You like your defenders to be a little bit crazy, but this guy's over the top! He couldn't tackle for chit against Alabama either. I figure he drops considerably, I don't really want him anymore.

I'm pretty sure he was speaking in general terms, not this year specifically. I doubt anyone would argue Notre Dame should have been in the title game this year. That said, they have always been over-hyped and gone to better bowls than they deserve due to fan following. I still remember the 2001 Fiesta Bowl where they had no business making the BCS and TJ and Chad's Oregon State team blew them out of the water 41-9

Who cares, he was nothing more than a special teams player, planned for the duration of his entire career. The guy is under 180 pounds...No NFL runningback can hold up under that weight. That does not make his pick in the draft any better. Nor excuse it.
