My mock is based on nfldraftscout.com's player rankings.I will start by saying we won't be signing any big FA's outside our own.We most likely bring in Curry to fill in for Lawson at SLB.We will resign Howard to play WLB and move Burfect to MLB.We will have Mays,Iloka and Lemur beef up to 250 lbs each as back up linebackers that can cover.Skuta,Howard and Curry on 1 yr contracts.This will allow them time to learn the positions and allow our draft picks time to adjust to the speed.

I'd take it, but all those high picks are very unlikely.

Dion Jordan will most likely be gone BEFORE the Bengals even get to the 21st pick. Ogletree may even be gone then as well. And even before the Bengals 2nd round pick, so that's unlikely. Travis Redrick is a possibility. David Amerson will most likely be gone early in the 2nd round, or in the middle. So I don't see a lot of this draft panning out.

like every pick but da'rick rogers, we don't need a punk *** reciever, as far as trying to make mays and iloka lb's that's stupid, mays needs to go, iloka hopefully will be a good back up safety and good special teamer

Thanks wolf for your feedback.It is quite possible that Jordan and Ogletree could be gone by the time we pick.Keep in mind that any player rankings this time a year is like a yo-yo.The list I follow has Jordan at 15 and again at 27.LOL so I chose 27.It shows Ogletree in the middle of the second.It all depends on how people feel about a player.Example:Jordan is not heavy enough to play DE and did not play enough with hand in the dirt.Ogletree is not heavy enough to get off blocks in the middle.As far as Amerson if he runs 4.5 at the combine I can hear Dion Sanders saying safety.Keep an open mind.

thanks for your feedback Arsonist.Thats funny I am a firefighter/medic for the city of Dayton.Keep in mind that is why Rogers is in that spot.I feel he would be worth the risk(first round talent).As far as Mays and Iloka go they are already built like the LBers we are all looking at in the draft so what is stupid about trying to find some playing time at a position of need before losing them?They can still play special teams.Don't know what you got if you don't try!

Teams make huge reaches for someone they like, trades are made. Crazy things happen. How many non-1st round worthy QB's go in the 1st? Ya just never know.

Go back and look at how many of those 2nd round picks panned out over the years. There were a ton of busts in there.

Oddly enough, it seems that New England has Tom Brady and Belichek. It also seems like they have holes all over their defense that they are trying to fill every year. How come those 2nd and 3rd rounders they have stockpiled haven't stopped the bleeding?

love where you're going with this but trade out Da'Rick Rogers, don't need another young receiver especially the likes of him, would be better off getting a good vet to help our already decent young guys develop, but i love the idea of grabbing some extra 3rd and 4th rounders, they could then use some of them extra later picks and package a deal that would allow them to move back into the 2nd or even high 3rd and get another good player, good job!
